Ronnie is a seasoned entrepreneur and dynamic leader, holding a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. He began his career in the Philippines as an outbound call center agent in the BPO industry, gaining eight years of invaluable experience specializing in collections—spanning B2B, B2C, and even legal collections.

In 2018, Ronnie relocated to New York and ventured into the Merchant Cash Advance industry. Drawing on his comprehensive background in sales and customer engagement, he successfully established his own BPO office. Starting with just five representatives, Ronnie demonstrated his leadership and strategic acumen by scaling the company to its current size of over 80 employees across two branches.

His leadership style is marked by innovation, integrity, and a commitment to both team development and customer satisfaction. Under his guidance, the organization continues to expand, driven by a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and a passion for delivering top-tier solutions to clients worldwide.

Jenny began her journey with the company as a lead generation specialist, where she gained a deep appreciation for building meaningful connections and laying the foundation for sustainable business growth. Through dedication, adaptability, and a strong drive to exceed expectations, she advanced into a management role. In that capacity, she refined her leadership skills, guided teams, and ensured that processes were aligned with both client needs and organizational goals.

Today, Jenny serves as the Chief Operating Officer, overseeing day-to-day operations and collaborating closely with the leadership team to drive strategy, operational efficiency, and innovation. Her career progression within the company reflects her commitment to continuous learning, teamwork, and the development of systems that enable people to excel.

From her first role in lead generation to her current position as COO, Jenny’s mission has remained the same: to help the company grow while empowering its people to reach their fullest potential.

KRISTINE TUAZON

She began her journey as a Lead Generation Specialist, quickly rising to Team Leader, and now as Operations Manager. Her Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management grounds her strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, which she applies daily in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable under pressure, she remains hands-on in every aspect of operations and is committed to continuous learning and improvement.

EUNISE BELTRAN

Eunise Beltran has been with the company for three years, starting out as a Lead Generation Specialist where she developed her skills in communication and adaptability. She later transitioned into Human Resources, supporting employees and learning the value of people-centered leadership. GERARD AVERY LAVIN

Gerard Avery Lavin began his professional journey in sales, starting as a Lead Generation Specialist where he honed his communication and prospecting skills. Demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of client needs, he soon transitioned into the role of Junior Funding Advisor, where he further developed his expertise in financial analysis and client advisory.

As Gerard gained deeper experience in reading and interpreting financial statements, his analytical abilities became increasingly evident. This led to his appointment as one of the pioneering Data Analysts in the company's newly established Data Analyzing Account. In this role, he played a critical part in developing the foundational processes and metrics that would drive the success of the department.

With Gerard’s consistent performance and dedication, the account not only stabilized but also experienced significant growth and expansion. Recognizing his leadership potential, he was promoted to Team Leader, where he successfully managed analysts, streamlined workflows, and ensured high-quality output.

His continued commitment to excellence, combined with his perseverance, adaptability, and productivity, eventually earned him the role of Operations Manager. In this capacity, Gerard now oversees the broader operational functions of the account, driving strategic initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Since starting her career in the merchant cash advance industry, Clarence has gained extensive knowledge in building rapport and maintaining long-term relationships with business owners across the United States. Her enthusiasm for sales, paired with her ability to engage clients, has made her a key contributor to the team.

Now nearing her third year with the company, Clarence currently holds the position of Team Leader. In this role, she actively mentors both new and tenured representatives, consistently sharing her insights and supporting the professional development of others—all while continuing to learn and grow herself.

JOHN EDWARD MENA

Edward began his professional journey in the UAE in 2015, where he worked as a Sales Representative and later as a Sales Supervisor. During those years, he built a strong foundation in sales—mastering communication, negotiation, and the art of effectively presenting product features and benefits to a diverse clientele. These experiences significantly enhanced his interpersonal and persuasive skills.

In 2020, when the pandemic hit, Edward made the important decision to return home to the Philippines to be with his family. Committed to continuing his professional growth, he sought out roles aligned with his background and joined AKT Services in July 2021. Starting as a Lead Generation Specialist, he later transitioned to a Package Puller. Through hard work, consistency, and dedication, he gained the trust of the company and was eventually promoted to Team Leader.

In his current role, Edward leads a team of agents, coaching them to improve their communication and critical thinking skills to excel in sales. One of the most rewarding aspects of his job is seeing his team members grow and succeed. Contributing to their development gives him a strong sense of purpose and fulfillment.
